99.9% said Song Sparrow. Thanks to all who ID'd this bird for me. I have seen
them in spring/winter also and thought they were fox sparrows but now realize I
was wrong then, also... One of my bird books says juvenile chipping sparrows
have streaked breasts and that I where I got that idea.

Two or three of these fellows come almost every evening to our bird feeder.
They are always on the ground, never in the feeder. I assume some sort of
sparrow, possible juvenile chipping, but am probably wrong... Thanks.
