[birdky] Barkley Dam - Scissor-tailed Flycatcher

August 1st  Barkley Dam 1:00PM

Observed scissor-tailed flycatchers at nest - one adult at a time.  Also
observed 2 young extend their heads above the nest in feeding posture.
I believe the usual clutch size is 5 - at least it is in Texas.  I did
not see them simultaneously, but the angle at which each head came up
led me to believe that it was 2 different individuals.  I also saw the
male remove something that I took to be a fecal sac.
