Joe and I took a drive today to Aurora Ferry Road in Petersburg.
There were a few ducks > 4 Northern Shovelers, 2 Ring-necked, 4 Blue-winged
Teal, 2 Pied-billed Grebes.
As we left Aurora Ferry Road, the next road is Horsley Ferry ( off Route 20)
and we spotted a nice adult Bald Eagle sitting on top of a snag.
It's always nice to see a Bald Eagle in Boone County!
