[birdky] Backyard birds

Activity 15-24 March
    Winter birds still present although white-throated  sparrows are mostly 
gone.  White-crowned sparrow and Junco still present in  numbers.  C. Wrens 
building in and around buildings.  Bluebirds  checking nest boxes, but not 
building yet.  Male BH Cowbirds following  females, very noisy.  FOS Brown 
Thrasher 
on 21 March.  Cedar Waxwings  appearing in flocks of 30-40.  Turkey flock of 
40+ birds also present  nearby.  Long-term Red-Tailed Hawk nest was destroyed 
by the ice storm, no  sign of replacement under construction.
