Friday 10-22-2004 I spent the morning birding Western KY. University woods off Bennett Ln. The best bird I observed was a male Scarlet Tanager. Other birds of interest included: Brown Creeper (1) Winter Wren (3) Blue-headed Vireo (1) Golden Cr. Kinglet (3) Ruby Cr. Kinglet (4) Orange-cr. Warbler (1) Indigo Bunting (4) At home at our bird bath/drip, a Tennessee Warbler and a White-eyed Vireo were observed...also a few Yellow-rumped Warblers. Jackie B.
