[birdky] BKY-RPT: Christmas Eve Merlin

While my brother & I were helping our Dad remove the ice from his driveway in 
northern Warren County on the 24th, I observed a Merlin flying overhead. It was 
heading in a roughly East-to-West direction (toward Richardsville)
