[birdky] BKY: Migrants in Louisville

Yesterday, September 20, a group of us birded the Rivrwalk in Louisville. We
had 51 species including 14 species of warblers and 4 species of vireos.
There were many birds on the move as we saw many warblers of different species,
lots of Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, several Summer Tanagers. We had our first
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker for the season. Palm Warblers were also new for the
area.
An adult Bald Eagle flew down the river.

It was a good day to be out birding.

This morning, September 21, we (Pat and Jane) birded in our woods and had a
few migrants but a Blackpoll was our best bird. Our resident, Great Horned Owl,
made an appearance.
