[birdky] BKY: Merlin in Jefferson County

Eddie Huber called to report the sighting of a Merlin at Cox's Park in  
Jefferson County. The Park is located off River Road east of Zorn Avenue. The  
bird 
was perched in a tree close to the river's edge.
