A quick trip to Jonathan Creek mudflats this afternoon:
Great egrets (7)
Gadwalls (284)
L. sandpipers (6) the other little peeps were too far away and sun against
me to note.
Bonaparte's gulls (6)
A flock of juncos, chipping, white throated and a singing song sparrow
calling the maids to put on their "tea kettle".
Buckeye butterflies were congregated around the last of the wild flowers.
