  I cannot post to birdky from work.

  Someone might post that early AM, between 6:00 - 6:15 AM and 7:00 AM might
  also be a time to look.  The bird was easy to find yesterday at 6:30 AM EDT
  and I observed it to 7:08 AM with no hint that it wanted to fly.  When I
  left, it was feeding in some weeds with a Wood Duck family and some of the
  Canadas on the seeds/weeds on the Peninsula.
