[birdky] BKY: Bernheim Forest

We birded Bernheim forest this morning. The 23 Mute Swans were still
present. The swans were first seen in the middle of December. We had 3 Pine
Warblers and 2 Red-breasted Nuthatches. There were lots of Juncos and
White-throated
Sparrows.

We tried to go back to see the Golden Eagles and Screech Owl but the creek
was too deep (due to recent rains) and the road was torn up where you exited
the
creek.

It was a beautiful day to be out and to have a picnic lunch.
