[birdky] BKY: Bee Rock

I birded the trails at Bee Rock, Pulaski Co. side yesterday. Most of the 
warblers were only heard singing a few times, but the Hooded, Yellow-throated, 
and Parula were still going strong.

Wood Duck (1 female with 8 nearly grown young)
Red-shouldered Hawk- 1
Acadian Flycatcher- 17
Wood Thrush- 5
White-eyed Vireo- 16 (at least 1 young)
Yellow-throated Vireo- 3
Blue-headed Vireo- 2
Red-eyed Vireo- 30
Northern Parula- 11 (1 young bird)
Black-throated Green Warbler- 15
Yellow-throated Warbler- 5
Pine Warbler- 1
Black-and-white Warbler- 8 (only heard 1 sing)
Worm-eating Warbler- 13 
Swainson's Warbler- 4 (2 seen together)
Ovenbird- 5 (1 young bird)
Kentucky Warbler- 2 (didn't hear)
Hooded Warbler- 35
Scarlet Tanager- 7 (female carrying food)

Cedar Waxwing on nest in a sycamore tree at Beechgrove.

A young Blue-headed Vireo was seen at Little Lick, PC on 6/25/02.
