OK, that's a little dramatic, but thanks to everyone who filled in the gaps I
noted yesterday evening. We're at a very respectable 168 species for the month,
second only to April and May.
On another note, a friend of mine who is not on this listserve told me that
he's been observing a successful nest of bald eagles on the Nolin Lake this
year. He told me last weekend that he's been watching the adults fishing and
feeding two young birds. As far as I know, this is a new location for an eagle
nest.
