[birdky] 739 didn't get the memo about storm fall out

Generally, the same set of birds continues to hang out at the 739 ponds with
little indication of new fallout from all the rain. 7 shorebird species there
yesterday - Lesser Yellow-legs, Least Sandpiper, Solitary Sandpiper, Spotted
Sandpiper, Killdeer, Common Snipe and 7 Semi-palmated Plovers. Also saw
Blue-winged Teals, Mallards, Wood Ducks, Pied-billed Grebes and Northern
Shovelers. In the cottonwoods, a Yellow Warbler joined some Palm and
Yellow-rumped Warblers.
Although these transient ponds get less than half the variety of
McElroy on any given day, I penciled out that I can visit 739 15 times on the
amount of gas for one trip to McElroy, and not get caught out in a storm either.
