Rick and I discussed this briefly today. Are you using this character for
the Greek koronis? or for some other sign? The koronis should be encoded as
U+1FBD, but I have no difficulty making these two glyphs during phase 2.
Should the glyphs for U+02BC and U+1FBD be identical or distinguished in
some way?
