De datum is geprikt op maandag 27 februari om 20.00 bij ons thuis. Graag even
jullie agenda bijwerken.
Eenieder die al een lijstje wil/kan opmaken waarvoor we een tijdsschema dienen
bij te houden, mag dit altijd doen / doorsturen. De avond zelf zullen er dan
nog wel bijkomen.

Subject: Data en werkschema
Collega's bestuur-leden,
Reeds te dikwijls mochten wij meemaken in het verleden dat we bepaalde
"deadlines" of ultieme data niet haalden of dat we ons op het laatste nippertje
realiseerden dat er nog bepaalde taken dienen uitgevoerd te worden. Niet uit
slechte wil, doch eerder onder invloed van Alzheimer of een ander alcohol
houdende activiteit. Niets ergs dus, maar eigenlijk simpel op te lossen.
Om dit in de toekomst te vermijden, zou ik eens een uurtje of twee willen
samenzitten. De bedoeling is om dan een complete lijst van activiteiten,
gebeurtenissen, papieren rompslomp samen te stellen, en hiervoor ook meteen de
uiterste datum te kennen van afsluiten, happening, indienen, enz. Eens we dit
lijstje hebben, kunnen we meteen de voorbereiding gaan bepalen wie, wat, waar,
hoe, wanneer,.... En dit ook als dusdanig bijhouden. Eén gemeenschappelijke
agenda zal dan worden bijgehouden, waar iedereen aankan, maar die ook iedereen
gaat verwittigen wanneer er een "deadline" aan zit te komen om iets af te
werken.
Ik geef een voorbeeldje (tussen haakjes wie):
Subsidie aanvraag voor stad Antwerpen (Jan) dient finaal ingediend te worden
30/06/2017, inclusief facturen en offertes.
Eerste ronde indienen moet reeds 30/04/2017 gebeuren (Jan): hier moet enkel
aangegeven worden wat we willen kopen aan materiaal
Aangeven wat we willen aankopen (IEDEREEN) vóór 25 /04/2017.
Opvragen van facturen en offertes (IEDEREEN) vóór 25/06/2017.
Finaal wordt dan het subsidie dossier binnen gestuurd per 30/06/2017 (Jan)
Dit is maar één voorbeeldje, doch ik kan er zo onmiddellijk een tiental
opnoemen.
In onderstaande link kan je aangeven wanneer zou passen voor jezelf, we nemen
dan de meest voor de hand liggende datum en zullen dat bij mij thuis doen.
