[beports] wxWidgets

wxWidgets is not listed on the Gentoo-Portage.  I'm not sure where
this should go.  There's a porting effort called wxBeOS:

And they even have some things working:

Thanks François for pointing out the wxBeOS project.
I'd like to post an entry for this so that we can capture dependencies
on other ports.  Perhaps dev-util/wxWidgets or wxBeOS or is there one
that fits better?
