[beports] Re: relocation & version control system

Why move to another VCS? svn proved to be a good one for quite a while I
think and is working ok in BeOS systems (or does it have any problems
with Haiku?).


Another thing that was on my mind is, why does BePorts use /boot/common
as a prefix? .. Doesn't this make it difficult to disable user addons
when problems emerge?
