[beports] relocation & version control system

Hello,

The HaikuPorts site has now been relocated to
ports.haiku-files.org. I'll send everyone that currently has an
Assembla/BePorts account new account information.

The subversion repository has been moved over too, but I have not yet
enabled access to it. I was thinking it might be a good idea to switch
to a different VCS at this moment. I think there were some requests to
drop SVN for Hg or Git?
