[beports] ports on SVN

Hello,

Instead of moving the categories to the root of the SVN repository, I
opted to keep them in a directory afterall. Like this the beporter and
portlogplugin directories do not clutter the categories dir.

I have renamed the old BePorts dir to haikuports, so the ports can now
be found under http://ports.haiku-files.org/svn/haikuports
