[beports] ncurses

I've started a second pass through ncurses, but there's a few __BEOS__
cases where I don't know what or if anything needs to be done about
them.  So what I did was to run grep -nri -C10 'beos' on the ncurses
folder and then trimmed out the cases that were in config.guess,
config.sub and the NEWS file.  I attached the file to the ncurses
ticket to study further and perhaps get some help identifying which
parts can stay as is and which ones need a fix.  Here's a link to it:

each section is about 21 lines long, 10 before and 10 after, sometimes
more if there were two close by ones.  Hopefully that's enough context
to tell what to do.
