[beports] mailing lists relocated

Hello,
The mailing lists are now ready for use. You can subscribe at http://lists.ports.haiku-files.org/listinfo.cgi
Please note that the svn/trac/devs/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx lists have been replaced with haikuports-svn/trac/devs/users equivalents. 

Trac now sends a message to the haikuports-trac ML on every ticket update.
Let me know if any problems occur, as I cannot be sure that all the options are set correctly.
