Libxml2 just picked up a patch from April:

Usually it's better to attach the patch to the ticket rather than place a potentially breaking link to HaikuPorts SVN, especially links without revision. If it takes them longer, the patch in SVN might be updated by someone unaware with changes not suited for upstream.
