[beports] fixed upstream

Just to let everyone know, some of the patches we moved upstream have
recently resulted in new releases the just build on Haiku, or at least
no longer require patches to be built.
Libcurl-7.18.2 now works with some libtoolizing.
Libiconv also works, with some ./autogen.sh help
I passed the patches for Joe, nasm and wput today, and passed ncurses
forward a few days ago.  Within minutes nasm patched the float.h file,
turns out it didn't just apply to Haiku...
