It's in the admin section of Trac. I have tried to give you permissions 
to make these changes.
Let me know if it works for you now. In the top menu bar, you should now 
see a new button "Admin".
I have set up a new milestone and categories and juggled around some tickets, as you will have noticed.
Scott has created some interesting tickets - while I don't think they should be part of our M1, they probably don't all deserve going to Unscheduled. Maybe we should create another milestone?
