[beports] Re: SDL libs

I have added the unadded parts of the LibPak as new task tickets, and
assigned them to the LiKPak 1.0 milestone.  I set a target date of
12/31/2008 for this, which may or may not be realistic, but hey it's a
target.

I've decided to skip making an SDL milestone as it's nearly done, and
what's not yet done is part of the LibPak one.
Anyways if you see any of the new tickets match something you're
already working on, go ahead and accept them.
If you don't have access rights and would like to help out just let Brecht know.
