[beports] SDL libs

I setup a page on the current site to track my progress through the
SDL libraries:

Perhaps this could be added as a Milestone?  If so then I'd like to
see a LibPak milestone, and an SDL-LibPak one that would really be a
sub-milestone of the LibPak one.  The LibPak page is here:

I suggest this as I don't know if these two pages will fit into the
format of the future site.

As I progress through these on this pass I will be creating test
binaries and posting them here:
http://ports.haiku-files.org/admin/downloads/downloads
I am also making sure to check all previous beos code workarounds as I
go through each one to see if it's still need or not for haiku builds.
 I will be installing each to /boot/common and them using make install
DESTDIR=/boot/foo and zipping them to unzip to a common directory.  So
you should just unzip them into your /boot folder and everything
"should" just go where it's supposed to go.  I will also be creating
any needs patch files.

I just added libsdl, and will be doing a new one every few days until
the list is done or I get stuck on one or more of them.
I'll also be adding in any dependency libs as needed.
If you find any trouble with these just let me know or post a new
ticket for the one that's not working right.
