Check it over and ack back if you approve. I got the AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR([build-scripts]) fix from Grzegorz's sdl-sound patch, thanks, seems to do the trick. Still fails the testgl test so if you have any ideas on how the get that working patches are welcome ;) That one is posted as haiku ticket 2096.

Unfortunately there's no log, just build instructions:
Why do you remove $srcdir? That will most likely break VPATH builds ($srcdir != $builddir). If there was an error, please document that in your port log so that others can see why you did the change and propose alternative solutions. 

Rest looks okay, but I'm not familiar with SDL.
