[beports] [RFC] SDL patch

Seems my prior patch was a mess.  I really need to check them over closer,
it was corrupted, I must have diff'd the working folder rather than the one
i normally use to put my changes on.  Anyways this new one also removes all
of the auto-gen'd files, making it much cleaner.

Check it over and ack back if you approve.  I got the AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR
([build-scripts])  fix from Grzegorz's sdl-sound patch, thanks, seems to do
the trick.
Still fails the testgl test so if you have any ideas on how the get that
working patches are welcome ;)  That one is posted as haiku ticket 2096.

If/when they accept the patch, the build instructions "should" then drop to
a simple ./configure, make, make install
