libpaper is only used if we have support for libpango and stuff so it's
not in TuxPaint for BeOS, that stuff is not linked

SDL_sound should compile out of the box but isn't installed as it isn't
related to any of the games I checked out yet ... the SDL libs I used to
check now came from haikuports but that's not the problem ... I got the
same prob when I compile that myself native in Haiku ... only 2 libs I
compiled myself that aren't on haikuports is gettext and  freetype ...

reporting a double slash in Terminal to check for a file isn't that
uncommon, seen it several times without giving problems ..
