Ok, fixed the version number, you caught me in a bad cut&paste there.
I added re2c and a link to lemon.
Lemon isn't listed in the gentoo portage, it's described as being like
bison and yacc, so it seems it might fit into either
sys-devel (that's where bison is) or dev-util (that's where yacc is)

I tend to think it'd fit better into dev-util, that's also where re2c
is located, but what do you guys think?
