It's "Haiku" only, not "Haiku OS".
Fixed. Blame the website! ;-)
If we are using "Haiku OS" somewhere on the website, I would like to
fix it. So could you elaborate on the specific URL where you saw
this?
The domain name is Haiku-OS.org, so it's in each URL actually.
Other than
that I don't have any textual mention at hand.
It just made me think that Haiku is a colloquial abbreviation of
Haiku OS.
I see. I wrongly (mis)interpreted your statement as if we were
referring to Haiku as Haiku OS somewhere in the content of the
website.
Well, it is. Apart from forum posts and Trac tickets, a quick Google
search for '"Haiku OS" site:haiku-os.org' came up with these (didn't
check all results):
http://waltercon.haiku-os.org/
http://www.haiku-os.org/blog/koki/2008-07-23/video_code_swarm_for_haiku
I also did a quick check on German/English Wikipedia and did not
notice any "Haiku OS" there.
