[bcbirdclub] More on the Deer Carcass

Late this afternoon, I took the garbage to the convenience station. As I
was returning, I noticed a large bird near the deer carcass. My first
thought from a distance was that I was wrong about the vultures leaving
Russell County. In an instant, I realized the bird was quite a bit larger
than any vulture. It turned out to be a Golden Eagle, likely one of the
ones seen by Tom in Corn Valley.
