It looks like the weather is going to cooperate this evening and allow us to
have our scheduled March bird club meeting. Rain is in the forecast, but the
snow, if it does arrive, will not get here until later in the evening or
early Tuesday morning.
So come join us at the Buchanan County public library at 6:00 and see the
Powerpoint Presentation prepared by Clancey Deel on Burkes Garden. As some
of you know, Clancey has been working at Burkes Garden since 2013 gathering
information on bird species there. He and David Schlabach, who lives there,
have been responsible for adding 30 or more previously unrecorded species to
e-bird.
As I mentioned previously we will have our pre-meeting dinner at Bellacinos
at 5:00.
