[bcab] Re: updating victor stream

Dear Steve and list:

That is a good point being able to update anyone else's Stream by
just inserting your card with the .UPG file on it into their
Stream.

Of course once in a while you may find you've inadvertently
changed your friend's Stream from Tom or Daniel to the Samantha
voice and they propose to tear you limb from limb for the
privilege, but things like this do happen and can be un-done with
a card with the correct UPG file on it.
