[bcab] Re: setting time and date on olympus ds-50

Most olympus menus speak quite well, but setting the time and date doesn't 
speak at all. 
1.Select submenu from the menu.
2.Select time/date.
3.No more speech from this point, but:
You can now use the up and down arrows to set the time and date, remembering 
that when you hear a double beep, the number is set to zero.
First we'll set the time, 
1.Press up or down arrow until you hear the double-beep.
2.To set the hour to 07, press up arrow seven times.
3.Press right arrow.
4. Repeat step 1, and when you hear the double-beep.
5.To set the minutes to ten, press up arrow 10 times.
The same steps can be repeated for month and day, remembering that for these 
two, the double beep means 1 and not zero.
After each setting, press right arrow to move to the next value.
Setting the year is the same, but the double-beep means 2007, if you need to 
set the year earlier then tough.
You can only press up arrow at this point.
Once the year is set, press the OK button.

    I finally worked out how to do this, even though it doesn't speak. I'll not 
send the explanation to the list, but if anyone needs to know, reply to this 
message, and I'll give a step-by-step guide.
