as I use a different soundcard for the speech, this would not be a problem.

Goldwave will certainly do the job - we use it quite a bit for this.  The
key to your recording is setting the sound source correctly, which does vary
with your sound card.  The main downside though is that it is likely to
record your speech as well, if it trips in during the recording - but I
don't know of another software programme which wouldn't also do this.

hello list,
I am looking for an accessible program to record internet streaming audio. I
would prefer 1 that will record in wav, mp3 and wma, if possible, but this
is not essential.
I have heard that goldwave can do it, but no matter what I do, I can't get
goldwave to record the internet audio, so can only assume the person who
told me it could was wrong.
