[bcab] recording internet audio.

hello list, 
I am looking for an accessible program to record internet streaming audio. I 
would prefer 1 that will record in wav, mp3 and wma, if possible, but this is 
not essential. 
I have heard that goldwave can do it, but no matter what I do, I can't get 
goldwave to record the internet audio, so can only assume the person who told 
me it could was wrong.
