[bcab] Re: password problem

John

I don't know what programme you are using for E mail but if it is Outlook
try the help system by entering 'password, management' and read the
resulting advice.

There are many articles and sections relating to this problem.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [bcab] password problem

Dear All,

I wonder if anyone can tell me how to delete a password stored on my
computer. I am using windows XP home edition, with JAWS 7 and IE6.

I foolishly chose the option to have a password I need to access E-mail
stored on my computer, but now the computer tells me that the password I am
using is not the one stored on the computer for this account. If I try to
log in without inputting the password the computer tells me that it is an
invalid log in.

I know that the problem is on my computer because other colleagues are able
to log in using the same username and password.

Many thanks,

John
