Outlook 2007 to me is very poor in terms of usability with screen readers.
Just my £0.02 worth though.

Subject: [bcab] jaws and outlook question
Jaws 10, outlook 2003, windows vista
I'd like to be able to get jaws to make a noise at me whenever a message
has
an attachment. Can any of you point me in the direction of how to do
this
please?
Those three little syllables are driving me crazy.
Thanks - Erica.
