[bcab] jaws and outlook question

Jaws 10, outlook 2003, windows vista

 

I'd like to be able to get jaws to make a noise at me whenever a message has
an attachment. Can any of you point me in the direction of how to do this
please?

Those three little syllables are driving me crazy.
