[bcab] inaccessible merchant page

Hi all:

I have recently subscribed to an on-line shop which sells goods in respect
of my profession, and it is not useable with JAWS.  No labelled links, or
other elements.

I have contacted the relevant parties who are willing to try to alter the
secure site, but the technical aspects are beyond my KB.
They are now aware of W3C.

To whom can I direct them for further help?
