[bcab] format of new e-mails in outlook

Hi all,
 
I have just moved from outlook express to outlook.
 
I subscribe to a number of e-mail bulletins and in the past they arrive with
a number of news items in them and if I want to read the article I would
just click on the link which would take me to the full article on the web.
Now when I open the e-mail it just says 'link read this article in your
browser' It doesn't allow me to move down the e-mail contents to read the
various headlines.
 
I am guessing this is some form of security feature but I don't know where
to find this? Can anyone point me in the right direction.
