Hi Clive
Well LCC finally let my email through to my contact.
Yes I will follow your advice and ask my contact to consult with LCC's
I.T about white list.
She did apologise to me on behalf of the council, but there is definitely
a need for them to address the issue because it can lead to all sorts
of confusion and or misunderstandings when mail fails to arrive.
I sometimes think that service users could be issued with an i.d
code, and if the code is on the subject line the software should then
treat the mail as genuine.
Regards,
Derek
