I take it this is the Windows shutdown program of that name.
Don't know what the system requirements are for your floppy version, but you
can download it anyway from
http://www.docsdownloads.com/Tier1/enditall.htm
It definitely says on that page that the download on offer works with XP.

Subject: [bcab] can I installl the program enditall on a machine running XP
home?
Hi all,
I was looking through a batch of old floppy disks and found one with the
enditall program on in the form of an exe file.
My question is, can I install Enditall on a machine running windows XP
home, or will it not run correctly?
I have tried installing the copy I found on the floppy disk, but it seems
to run from a:\ and looks to my limited sight, as though it is running in
doss, therefore, I would need some pointers as to how to install it if I
can in fact run the program on my current XP machine.
Thank you in advance for any help.
Alexander Shannon
