Thank you very much for your quick response. If you don't mind I'd like to
ask you a few questions. 

 

Could you please tell me:

-        how old are you?

-        Since when are you blind?

-        What is the cause of your blindness?

-        If you're not congenitally blind, have you ever had proper visual
experience, for example have you got visual memories? 

-        Have you got some residual vision, like light perception, etc?

 

 

Regarding my research, the first experiment I'd like to run will take around
3 times one hour and a half. The experimental sessions can be run during
working days, during or after working hours or even during the week-end. I
am very flexible. 

 

Do you think you'll be ready to take part in this particular experiment? I'd
like to emphasize that if you accept to take part in it, at any time, you
can stop your participation it if anything doesn't suit you. The
participants are totally free regarding their participation at any time of
the research project. 

 

So if you'd like to be a participant to my research, could you please let me
know if you'd be ok to come to the University of Leeds to pass the
experiment or if you'd prefer me to come to you? If you choose the second
option, could you please then give me your address? If you don't mind, I
will need also your phone number in order to plan our appointments in the
future.
