Keep shopping.  A broadband telephone filter is an extremely
simple piece of electronics, and the two Pound ones are
likely to be just as efficient.

I wanted a microfilter. Reckoned about 5 quid. Went into
Maplins and they produced something for £13.
 
I see filters on google for about £2. Just want a
Bogstandard one.  What should I have been asking for and why
the £13 apart from the fact that somebody might pay it?
