While I agree with your second suggestion, and will more than likely take it up if I do copy the folders myself, I had not thought of the suggestion you gave when I replied to Tiddy, and at that time I was thinking along the lines that someone sighted could check the information more quickly than I could, but if it turns out that I transfer the data myself, as I said, above, I will follow up your second suggestion.
