I suppose you could define a Jaws macro to say read all the
strikeouts or redlines (proposed insertions) on a given page, but
ideally, you would want Jaws to announce strikeout or redline as
it began reading such text.
Not quite sure how this could be done, but probably could be with
some good Jaws scripting.
