I run JAWS 6.2. Although in theory it will give me all the information
I need on track changes if I select the right verbosity options in Word,
in practice I find the information difficult to assimilate and use
sighted help if I am in a hurry. Perhaps later versions of JAWS present
the information better.

Subject: [bcab] accessing track changes using jaws
Dear All,
I am a member of another mailing list for visually impaired
lawyers.
A colleague on that list raised an interesting query relating to
accessing track changes in documents using jaws.
What happens is that a document passes back and forwards between
lawyers who make additions or deletions. The difficulty a visually
impaired lawyer encounters is identifying what changes have been made
and whether they are proposed additions or deletions.
If this is an appropriate question for this list, any assistance
would be much appreciated, if it is not a permissible enquiry, then just
ignore it.
John Lafferty
